Admiral Jack Kavanaugh is sworn in by Judge Peter Decker

Admiral Kavanaugh was appointed by Governor Bob McDonnell to the Virginia Veterans Services Foundation, which oversees and legislates matters regarding the veterans of our state. The foundation administers the Veterans Services Fund, provides funding for veterans' services and programs in the Commonwealth, and raises revenue from all sources, including private source fundraising, to support the Fund.
